1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a vendor on QR से PRINT ("the Platform") or using its customer portal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for accurate shop details, keeping their API key confidential, honoring paid print jobs promptly, and maintaining their local printer and desktop sync script. Suspended or inactive shops will not receive new jobs.
3. Customer Print Jobs
Uploaded files are used solely to fulfill the chosen vendor's print job and are removed from active storage after successful printing. Customers must ensure they have the right to print the uploaded material.
4. Payments
Online payments are processed through Razorpay. QR से PRINT is not a payment processor; refunds for failed prints must be settled between the customer and vendor at the counter. Subscription fees paid by vendors are non-refundable once activated for the current billing period.
5. Prohibited Content
Uploading illegal, obscene, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content is strictly prohibited. Vendors may reject or cancel any job at their discretion.
6. Service Availability
The Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may cause brief outages.
7. Data & Privacy
We store vendor account details, shop configuration, and print-job metadata. Uploaded files are stored privately and access is restricted to the assigned vendor. We do not sell your data.
8. Suspension / Termination
QR से PRINT reserves the right to suspend or terminate any vendor account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
QR से PRINT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, including lost revenue, printer failures, or delayed jobs.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
