This Privacy Policy explains how QR से PRINT ("we", "QR से PRINT") collects, uses, discloses and safeguards information when you use our SaaS platform and mobile-web print portal.

1. Information we collect

• Vendor accounts: email, shop name, printer manufacturer/model, subscription status, hashed password.
• Customer print uploads: uploaded file, chosen print options (color/B&W, copies, pages), and optional customer name.
• Payment metadata: Razorpay order & payment IDs. We never store card numbers, CVV or UPI PIN.
• Technical: browser, IP address, device type, and interaction logs used purely for security & analytics.

2. How we use it

• Route print jobs from customers to the correct vendor's desktop script.
• Process subscription payments and issue receipts.
• Provide analytics on the vendor dashboard.
• Detect fraud, abuse and comply with Indian law.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is strictly required with: Razorpay (payments), our cloud hosting provider (data storage), and law-enforcement agencies when compelled by valid legal process under Indian law.

4. Data security

All traffic is transmitted over TLS. Files sit in a private bucket with row-level security scoped per vendor. API keys are randomly generated and rotatable. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing.

5. Retention

Vendor account data is retained while the subscription is active. Customer print files may be automatically purged after successful printing or after 30 days, whichever is earlier. Payment records are retained for 8 years to satisfy Indian tax law.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. Vendors can regenerate API keys and change passwords directly from their dashboard.

7. Cookies

We use only functional cookies (session, preferences, theme). We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

8. Children

QR से PRINT is not directed at children under 13. Vendors must be at least 18 years old to register.
