1. Vendor responsibility

QR से PRINT is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. Each vendor (cyber cafe owner) is independently responsible for their local printer hardware, paper/ink supply, printer maintenance, business licensing, GST compliance, and any legal permissions required to operate a print shop in their jurisdiction.

2. Content uploaded by customers

Customers uploading files through the QR portal are solely responsible for the legality, copyright, and appropriateness of their documents. QR से PRINT does not review, moderate, endorse, or take responsibility for any content that passes through the platform. Uploading obscene, defamatory, copyrighted, or illegal content is strictly prohibited.

3. Third-party services

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not store card / UPI credentials. Any payment dispute must first be raised with Razorpay; QR से PRINT acts only as a merchant of record for the software subscription.

4. Print quality & delivery

Print quality depends entirely on the vendor's local printer, driver configuration, and consumables. QR से PRINT cannot guarantee that a printed output will match on-screen preview exactly. Vendors are expected to keep their equipment functional.

5. Limitation of liability

In no event will QR से PRINT, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profits) arising out of the use of or inability to use this platform.
